High-Volume Video Creative Production from $0.49 per Video

Terms of Service

GenRI creates advertising video content based on materials provided by the client.

To complete an order, the client provides:

• Images (mandatory): at least 10, no more than 500, png format, 1080x1920 or 1920x1080 resolution.
• Voice-over files (optional): mp3 format, 15 to 30 seconds each, no more than 20 files.
• Background music files (optional): mp3 format, 30 seconds to 2 minutes each, no more than 20 files.
• At least one of the two categories above (voice-over or background music) must be provided. If neither is provided, the client must select a fixed video duration between 15 and 30 seconds via the corresponding checkbox and slider on the order form.
• Logo (optional): png format, square, 150x150 to 250x250 px, 200x200 px recommended. One file.
• Subtitles (optional): txt file, one subtitle per line, each line no longer than 7 words. If provided, at least 10 and no more than 100 lines.

Materials that do not meet the requirements above are automatically excluded from generation and returned to the client as proof of exclusion. GenRI does not conduct correspondence regarding non-compliant materials.

If, after exclusion of non-compliant materials, the remaining valid volume in a mandatory category falls below the minimum required, the order is automatically rejected with the notice "Insufficient source files to fulfill the order." Materials exceeding the upload limits stated above are not accepted by the order form.

The client selects the following production parameters at the time of order: dynamic zoom (on/off); logo blink (if a logo is provided); frame length, from 2 to 8 seconds (3 seconds by default); transition between frames (on/off), and if on, transition length from 0.5 to 1.5 seconds; logo position (top-right, top-left, or top-center, if a logo is provided); subtitle position (top, bottom, or vertical center, if subtitles are provided). Logo position and subtitle position are fixed for the duration of the order and cannot be changed once set.

The duration of the final video matches the duration of the selected voice-over or background music file. If neither is provided, the duration matches the fixed duration selected by the client (15 to 30 seconds).

Generation is performed automatically based on the client's materials, after mutual confirmation of the order's technical parameters at the agreed time.

Once technical parameters are confirmed, changes to the order are not accepted.

Turnaround time depends on the selected package: 2 days for the Agency Growth package (500 videos), 3 days for the Agency Scale package (1000 videos), 9 days for the Agency Enterprise / Max package (3000 videos), 6 days for the Agency Ultra package (5000 videos), unless a different timeframe is agreed separately.

The first client to order the Agency Ultra package (5000 videos) at $0.30 per video locks in this price for all repeat 5000-video orders for 12 months from the date of the first payment. "First client" is determined by the earliest confirmed PayPal payment timestamp for this package. This offer applies only to orders of the same package size (5000 videos) and does not extend to other package sizes.

A free sample is provided to the first 10 clients and is limited to the volume specified in the website's promotional terms. These Terms of Service apply to the free sample in full, except for the Refund Policy section.

GenRI is not responsible for:

• the content of materials provided by the client;
• the content of the generated videos;
• copyright compliance;
• compliance with third-party rights.

Privacy Policy

GenRI collects only the data required to complete an order:

• email address;
• order materials.

Data is used solely to fulfill the order and is not shared with third parties.

Data disclosure is permitted only where required by law.

Order materials (images, audio, text files) are retained for no more than 30 days after order completion, then deleted. The email address is retained for as long as needed for order-related communication and support, but no more than 12 months from the last contact.

Clients may request deletion of their data before these periods expire by contacting GenRI by email.

Refund Policy

A refund is issued if a paid order was not completed due to technical reasons on GenRI's side.

A refund is not issued, and the order is automatically rejected without refund, if:

• the result meets the technical requirements of the order but does not match the client's creative or stylistic preferences;
• the client provided materials that do not meet the requirements specified in the Terms of Service;
• after exclusion of materials that do not meet the requirements, the remaining valid volume in a mandatory category falls below the minimum stated in the Terms of Service — responsibility for submitting compliant materials lies with the client;
• materials submitted exceed the upload limits stated in the Terms of Service — such materials are not accepted by the order form;
• the client cancels the order after work has begun;
• the order was completed as part of the free sample — refunds do not apply, as no payment was made.
